Objective: Sales Solution: Create a comprehensive direct mail response program to generate orders by mail, web and phone. By utilizing a direct mail program targeting parents of students, DSI has achieved a 31% order rate, that is 12% higher than the traditional way schools have typically sold yearbooks. Direct mail offers were designed with a built-in order form and return envelope. Order options also included website and toll-free phone number.
Objective: Utility Billing Solution: Create direct mail postcards and letter billing client customers. Payments were mailed directly to the client. A link on the clients website allowed their customers to pay online using a credit card.
